Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the accuracy, compliance, and currency of the Asset Register for heavy rail corridor assets, supporting effective decision-making, risk management, and reporting.
- Develop evidence-based business cases, reports, and recommendations through data analysis, risk assessment, cost evaluation, and stakeholder consultation.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to create an integrated investment plan aligning funding priorities with network performance goals and asset needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of Strategic Asset and Services Plans for the heavy rail corridor, reflecting strategic priorities and whole-of-life asset management principles.
