Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage workflows for lead intake, partner assignment, and project tracking.
  • Establish and maintain partner eligibility and delivery standards.
  • Ensure consistency in customer experience across all projects.
  • Onboard and enable contractors through training, tools, and responsive support systems.
  • Monitor customer and partner satisfaction, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the partner network and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing, building, or delivering partner programs, particularly in technical services or trade delivery.
  • Proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
