About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive cloud adoption and infrastructure growth with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, including Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, and IoT. They will also possess excellent presentation skills, with the ability to guide conversations about complex software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute cloud infrastructure strategies to drive adoption and growth with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, field engineering, and support, to deliver engagement plans that meet customer objectives
- Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks
- Serve as a customer advocate, influencing product roadmaps, documentation, processes, and people to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Support customers through reactive ticket requests and create campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT, with exposure to projects related to cloud computing, Linux OS, data applications, storage, networking, security, migration, and IoT
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to guide conversations about complex software solutions
- Experience building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects
- A true team player, capable of interacting with all departments and at all levels, both internally and externally
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies
