Enterprise Risk Leader

We seek an accomplished Enterprise Risk Leader to spearhead the implementation of Climate & ESG Risk Frameworks across our organisation. As a seasoned risk professional, you will leverage your expertise in multiple risk classes and cultivate skills in enterprise risk management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ING Group's ESG Risk Framework locally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key ERM processes, ensuring alignment with underpinning frameworks and policies.
  • Support enhancements and updates to risk infrastructure components, including Risk Management Approach and Risk Strategy.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of practical experience in a risk and compliance function.
  • A proven track record of maintaining frameworks, drafting policies, and developing new processes.
  • Analytical skills, ability to identify and diagnose risk-related issues efficiently.
