Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, you will be working directly with the Federal Government Client and other members of our team to support technology-based solutions.

You will interact with various stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support of Data Analytic Platforms within contracted time frames and service level agreements
  • Remote assistance over the phone and ad-hoc onsite visits when required
  • Participation in an on-call roster for after-hours support
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience as a System Administrator with Linux infrastructure and Cloud Computing
  • Technical experience including Linux operating systems, SAS software, database skills, networking skills, cloud computing, and scripting
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills
