Position Overview:
In the role of Parts and Service Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with customers, offering insights into Brandt's parts and service offerings while ensuring an exceptional service experience. If you possess a keen interest in agricultural machinery, strong communication skills, and a dedication to customer service and sales, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
- Initiate outbound communications to both existing and prospective customers to provide details on Brandt's parts, maintenance, and repair services.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to parts and service sales.
- Assist customers in accurately identifying their parts and service requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive information regarding Brandt parts, pricing structures, and service alternatives.
- Collaborate with the service team to effectively schedule appointments and allocate resources.
- Educate customers on the significance of regular maintenance and recommend suitable services for their equipment.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, orders, and service histories within our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any inquiries or concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay informed about the latest Brandt product launches, service offerings, and industry developments.

Your Profile:
If you are passionate about agricultural equipment, possess excellent communication abilities, and have a strong commitment to customer service and sales, we welcome your application.
- Prior sales experience in a related industry is preferred.
- Experience in outbound customer service or sales roles is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of agricultural equipment parts and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for customer relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Competence in planning, developing, and communicating territory coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training or certification in the heavy equipment industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
