Centre Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care for up to 94 children.

  • Lead daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and support.
  • Foster partnerships with families and the local community.
  • Oversee enrolments, occupancy growth, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA).
  • Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Centre Director.
  • Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
