As an Education Director, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a comprehensive educational program that fosters children's growth, learning, and development.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement the education program, ensuring it aligns with the organization's philosophy and promotes high-quality care and learning for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and manage the educational program, leveraging children's learning and development to inform its design.
  2. Maintain effective relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for children.
  3. Provide guidance and support to educators in understanding the educational program and practice, including reflection on effectiveness and implementation of improvements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, with demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Significant experience in an Early Childhood Education setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the approved learning framework.
