We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Education. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early learning and leadership.
- About the Role:
- Lead the educational program at our centre, working closely with the Centre Director to ensure high-quality care and education for children.
- Mentor and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
