Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cleaning operations manager to oversee our daily cleaning services in the Grafton region and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting the management team in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work collaboratively with our frontline employees, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and meet client expectations.
- Manage frontline employees' rosters, pays, and cleaning practices
- Liaise with clients and employees on a regular basis
- Assist with delivering equipment to multiple sites as needed
- Conduct HSE experience in toolbox talks and risk assessments
- Promote professional presentation and customer service focus
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships
- Maintain working knowledge of work health and safety
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Experience in cleaning operations
- Supervisory experience
- A Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or alone
- A current driver's license
- Exceptional communication and technology skills
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved when required
- Full-time work rights
In addition to the above requirements, you will also need to have:
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWC)
- A NSW Police Clearance
