Cleaning Supervisor Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time experienced Cleaning Supervisor to cover multiple government sites in South Grafton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting day-to-day operational needs and meeting with clients to ensure exceptional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage frontline employees' rosters, pays and cleaning practices.
  • Liaise with clients and employees on a regular basis.
  • Assist with delivering equipment to multiple sites.
  • Conduct HSE experience in toolbox talks and risk assessments.
  • Maintain professional presentation and customer service focus.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ensure working knowledge of work health and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in cleaning operations.
  • Experience in supervising team members.
  • Hold or prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance.
  • Ability to work productively with limited supervision.
  • Hold a driver's license.
  • Exceptional communication and technology skills.
  • Will to contribute to the success of the team.
