About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the Grafton region and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Manager with multiple government sites, ensuring the day-to-day operational needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have sound understanding of cleaning operations, strong administration and financial skills, and a customer service focus. They will also demonstrate the ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or alone.

  • Manage frontline employees' rosters, pays, and cleaning practices.
  • Liaise with clients and employees on a regular basis.
  • Assist with delivering equipment to multiple sites on a regular basis.
  • HSE experience in toolbox talk and risk assessment.
  • Professional presentation and customer service focus.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Working knowledge of work health and safety.
Minimum Criteria

The successful candidate must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Experience in cleaning operations.
  • Experience with supervising team members.
  • Hold or be prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance.
  • Ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or alone.
  • Hold a driver's license.
  • Exceptional communication and technology skills.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where required.
  • Must have full-time work rights.
  • Must have or be able to obtain WWC & NSW Police Clearance.
