As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotel.

The Role
  • Warm Welcome: Provide a seamless and welcoming check-in/check-out experience for guests.
  • Guest Needs: Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, making personalized recommendations and upselling rooms and services where appropriate.
  • Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Guest Profiles: Maintain and update guest profiles in our property management system to enhance future stays.
  • Flexibility: Work across various front office departments, developing new skills and supporting team operations.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with hotel emergency procedures and key personnel.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent in an upscale hotel environment is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to work a 24-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with hotel property management systems is preferred.
  • Guest-Centric Attitude: A passion for creating memorable experiences and building genuine connections with guests is critical.
