Front Office Team Member

About the Position

This Front Office Team Member will be a visible advocate for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is the main connection between guests and the hotel.

  • Welcoming all Guests and completing the check-in process for Guests and group arrivals with ease.
  • Completing the check-out process for departing guests using the hotel systems efficiently.
  • Managing Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Proactively finding ways to delight and excite our guests to ensure their stay is memorable.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of hotel products, services, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP movements and special events.
  • Maximizing sales revenues through up-selling and marketing programs.
