The Role: Front Office Receptionist

You will be the welcoming face of our park, delivering exceptional guest experience.

  • Process guest arrivals and departures
  • Accurately use the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
  • Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Complete day-to-day administrative tasks
What we look for:
  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Passionate about delivering excellent guest experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS - essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
