As a Member Support Consultant at Market Street, you will play a key role in driving membership growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for interacting with members from all walks of life, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized support to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities include:

- Contributing to sales growth through proactive outreach and engagement with potential and existing members

- Identifying and converting high-quality leads through community outreach and referrals

- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, showcasing the benefits of our club

- Creating positive and personalized interactions that foster member loyalty and retention

- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries and resolving any issues promptly

- Ensuring seamless operational support, including opening and closing the club as per the roster

- Participating in member retention programs and inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Requirements:

- Current First Aid & CPR certificate

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions that meet member needs

- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with people of all backgrounds

- Drive and goal focus, continuously seeking new ways to excel

- Team player, able to work collaboratively and celebrate success

- Customer-focused, motivated to help members achieve their goals
