Customer Experience Ambassador

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Officer. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and promoting products and services.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering a great experience to every customer who walks into one of our stores.
Key responsibilities include performing customer sales and service transactions, managing high-value transactions accurately, conducting identity services transactions, and promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling.
You'll also be responsible for assisting customers with mail lodgements, building rewarding relationships with customers, and supporting administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
Requirements:- Experience in customer service and/or cash handling
- Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
