Product Marketing Specialist Role

This position plays a pivotal role in driving the overall product marketing strategy for our innovative platform, Collect.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating market and customer intelligence that informs our GTM approach. This involves conducting thorough desktop research, data analysis, customer discovery, and win/loss interviews to ensure we effectively meet the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will develop and own the GTM strategy for Collect, including messaging, positioning, ICP definition, channel strategy, pricing, and packaging. They will create internal enablement playbooks, including messaging guides, battlecards, objection handling, and qualification guidelines.

In addition to these responsibilities, this individual will oversee feature and product launch processes, run sales and marketing enablement training, and write customer-facing collateral such as pitch decks, demo video scripts, solution overviews, product fact sheets, landing page copy, case studies, getting started guides, and emails.

Key performance indicators will include securing customer testimonials and case studies, helping build adoption and expansion programs, and contributing to the growth and retention of our customer base.
