This is a key leadership position that requires:

  • Talent development: recruiting and hiring top-performing talent and prioritizing their growth.
  • Goal-oriented orchestration: effectively coordinating and focusing the work of skilled employees toward important goals.
  • Performance management: implementing process improvements and leveraging team talent to increase performance and productivity.
  • Network building: establishing connections with other teams and divisions, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will:

  • Directly supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentoring, support, and training to deliver long-term strategy.
  • Engage, coach, and develop the team to ensure high technical competency and excellent customer experience.
  • Support and hold the team accountable, driving development and culture.
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians.
  • Manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs.
  • Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference.

This is a dynamic role requiring:

  • People leadership experience managing remote field-based teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities.

  • A competitive estimated salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
