  • Identifying meaningful segments and projecting future behaviours
  • Helping brands define their purpose, position, and cultural relevance
  • Building comms strategies grounded in real human understanding
  • Using behavioural change frameworks to uncover social and psychological forces
  • Spotting unmet needs, shaping ideas, and guiding innovation

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Requirements

Around 2+ years' experience in consumer insights or strategy, with a strong quantitative research background. Passion for strategy and turning data into business impact.
