If this means as much to you as it does to us, we're looking for a Strategist to join our FutureBrand team for a 12-month contract. Someone curious, considerate and caring – ready to seize the future and make an impact from day one.

Your work will be defined by strategic rigour, creative expression and a collaborative spirit: bringing strategic thinking, a solid grasp of brand management, and a keen eye for detail. You'll collaborate closely with our brand strategists, designers, writers and experience experts, working as part of a supportive team to help our clients build, grow and manage their brands across a range of sectors from finance, technology and healthcare to sport, travel and entertainment. In turn, we'll support and challenge you to grow too.

The role is based in Melbourne, we offer a flexible working environment, and the right person will have at least 3-5 years of previous brand strategy experience – we're looking forward to meeting you.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop brand-led insights, ideas and strategies across a diverse range of businesses and brands.

– Deliver the research-based, strategic thinking to invest projects with insight and rigour, and to guide clear and compelling strategic recommendations.

– Work across the company to foster positive and productive working relationships between brand strategy, design, language, experience and brand management.

– Build and maintain strong and trusted client relationships to better understand and anticipate their goals and needs.

– Contribute to product development, new business development activities (e.g., pitches, proposals), thought leadership and other marketing activities.

Experience

– At least 3-5 years' previous brand research or brand strategy experience, ideally in a branding, marketing and/or design environment.

– Considered and curious about strategic insights, creative process, customer attitudes and behaviour, and the role brands play in our everyday lives.

– Active listening and advanced communication skills with both clients and colleagues.
