Requirements

Extensive strategy experience in creative agencies or consultancies is essential. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in developing communication architectures and brand plans, confident in autonomously guiding client strategies and campaigns.

A proven track record in insight-driven brand and campaign strategies is required, as well as a sharp strategic thinker who blends insight seeking and strategic thinking, aware of digital/cultural trends.

Effective presentation skills, inspiring teams and stakeholders, and strong collaborative relationships across teams and networks are also necessary.
