We are seeking a visionary strategist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive workshops and strategic sessions with clients.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to inspire insight-led creative ideas.
  • Conduct competitive, category, and cultural analysis to find white space opportunities.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and understanding of consumer and media landscapes.
  • Develop clear strategic documents, including KPIs and measurement plans.
  • Foster a positive team culture, mentoring junior strategists and collaborating across departments.
Requirements:
  • Extensive strategy experience in creative agencies or consultancies.
  • Well-versed in developing communication architectures and brand plans.
  • Confident in autonomously guiding client strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven track record in insight-driven brand and campaign strategies.
  • Sharp strategic thinker, adept from brand building to product acquisition.

  • Effective presenter, inspiring teams and your stakeholders.
  • Builds strong collaborative relationships across teams and networks.
