Job Overview

This is a site-based role that requires you to work closely with project teams and report to the Quality Manager.

  • Project operations and compliance will be your primary responsibility.
  • You will provide guidance on all project QA/QC matters.
  • Developing and leading the QA/QC team will also be a key part of this role.
  • Maintaining and enforcing project quality management systems is crucial to success.
  • Monitoring project quality related activities and documentation is another essential task.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders is vital to the success of this position.

This role may require travel to suppliers as required by project needs.

Requirements

For this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/QC within the energy sector.
  • A tertiary qualification such as engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and installation project quality management is necessary.
  • An analytical thought process and meticulous attention to detail are key skills for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods is required.
  • Good communication, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are also necessary.
