We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of challenging projects across various industry sectors.

About the Job
  • Contribute to the successful execution of construction activities with typical values ranging from $2.5m to $40m+

The project works will involve managing site project teams safely, ensuring quality assurance, cost and time management, and resolving site issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tender preparation
  • Planning and scheduling of construction activities
  • Management of site project teams safely
  • Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Coordinating internal and external resources

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
  • 5 – 15+ years' experience on civil construction projects with a project value of $2m to $40m+
  • Project management qualifications advantageous
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and delegate
  • Effective problem solving abilities
  • Ability to resolve conflict and manage expectations
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
