Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of urban development engineering projects.
  • Lead and manage teams to develop and implement high-quality technical solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and maximize our technical offering.
  • Manage subconsultants, quality assurance, and client feedback to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Champion the involvement and inclusion of interstate and overseas teams to ensure a cohesive service offering.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering, preferably Civil Engineering, and extensive experience in urban development design.
  • Relevant industry experience, including overseeing engineering aspects of projects and applying standards and technical knowledge within the NSW urban development market.
  • Ability to provide technical expertise and direction through consultative support and effective communication.
  • Leadership and management skills to lead, manage, mentor, and develop large to medium-scale project teams.
  • Experience working in multi-discipline teams and/or project teams on major complex projects across various market sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
