Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Provide technical expertise and direction to ensure project delivery meets quality, safety, and timeframe targets
  • Develop and implement effective review processes to ensure technical excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster cooperation and maximize technical offerings
  • Manage subconsultants, quality assurance, and client feedback to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Have extensive experience in urban development design, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role
  • Be accredited in Melbourne Retail Water Agencies (MRWA), sewer, and water auditing
  • Have a strong understanding of industry standards and technical knowledge within the NSW urban development market
  • Be able to provide technical expertise and direction through consultative support and effective communication
  • Have experience leading, managing, mentoring, and developing large to medium-scale project teams
  • Be able to work effectively in multi-discipline teams and project teams on major complex projects across various market sectors
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills
