Office Support Assistant

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of front-of-house services. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all visitors and callers, supporting both employees and guests.
The Receptionist will also be required to maintain a safe, organised, and customer-focused environment. This includes managing front-of-house security protocols, ensuring visitor registration and access procedures are followed at all times.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with staff and visitors. They will also possess strong administration skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
In addition, the candidate will be required to provide general administrative support to office and business functions as needed. This may include tasks such as coordinating mailroom services, monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies, and updating registers and logs.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient reception service to all visitors, staff, and stakeholders.
- Manage a busy switchboard, promptly answering and directing incoming calls.
- Maintain the professional appearance of reception, meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces.
- Coordinate mailroom services, including incoming and outgoing mail and courier requests.
- Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies to ensure availability at all times.
- Accurately update and maintain registers, logs, and records as required.
