Job Title: Junior Merchandise Coordinator

An exciting opportunity exists to assume the role of a Junior Merchandise Coordinator, working closely with the team to optimise sales and profitability.

The Job Description:
  • Assist in developing seasonal sales strategies to drive revenue growth and stock optimisation.
  • Conduct post-seasonal analysis and recommend sales forecasts and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate item flows and inventory levels for key products.
  • Collaborate with designers on product development and sizing requirements.
  • Review store gridding and allocate stock based on sales data and customer demographics.
  • Prepare and present weekly trading meetings with comprehensive reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of experience in merchandise planning within a retail environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
