**Junior Merchandise Planner**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Drive and expand the clients brand by delivering exceptional product experiences
- Identify key trends in the Australian Market and optimise sales
- Plan weekly financial plans for sales, gross margin, and business growth
- Devising pricing strategies that maximise sales and profit
- Identifying trends and presenting projections to senior leadership team
- Place orders for seasonal and replenishment products
- Create allocation strategies for merchandise across stores

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook))
- Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and understanding consumer behaviour
- Ability to analyse & problem solve data
- Working across teams & collaborating
- Results driven
- Exceptional communications skills and managing key stakeholders - marketing / store operation
