Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our planning team as a Junior Planner. This role is responsible for assisting in the development of sales and profit growth strategies, as well as providing reporting and insights at weekly trading meetings.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for fashion, and a desire to develop a career in merchandise planning. A background in Allocator or Planning Assistant roles, combined with advanced Excel and data analysis skills, would be highly valued.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Merchandise Planner in driving sales and profit growth through seasonal sales, stock, and profit forecasts.
  • Monitor trading performance and recommend actions to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Support with option planning, size curve analysis, and buy quantities.
  • Maintain stock flows, allocation profiles, and replenishment plans.

You will work closely with designers, state managers, and retail leaders on stock opportunities and customer needs. You will also contribute to post-seasonal analysis and planning for future ranges.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Allocator or Planning Assistant roles.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
