The Role

As a Junior Visual Merchandiser, you will be part of our store management team and contribute to driving sales and profit.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a visual merchandising strategy aligned to our commercial objectives and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
  • Planning and executing creative concepts for our windows and mannequins to showcase our brand vision.
  • Designing innovative visual solutions to support our store functions and drive engagement.
  • Coordinating promotional events/installations across our stores.
  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the business.

You

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Experience working in a high-turnover fashion retail environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Visual Merchandising (Cert IV/Diploma) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of our brand portfolio and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
