Team OverviewThe **Estate Management division** is responsible for making financial and legal decisions for individuals who cannot do so independently or with support. This division delivers high-quality financial management services through a customer-centered approach, organized into several teams:
- Customer Foundation: Responsible for onboarding new clients with financial management orders.
- Customer Independence and Support: Works closely with clients to enhance their financial management capabilities.
- Private Management: Provides oversight for privately appointed financial managers.
- Proactive Customer Management: Engages with clients and their support networks for complex estates.
As a **Client Service Officer** in Estate Management, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategies and making substitute decisions for managing client finances.
- Engaging with clients to assess their financial needs and aspirations.
- Completing third-party payments on behalf of clients.
- Collaborating with other divisions and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, vulnerable populations, or the elderly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong collaboration skills to foster productive working relationships.
- Understanding of **NSW Trustee and Guardian's** services and experience working with individuals with disabilities or vulnerable populations.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Willingness to have communications monitored for quality assurance and training purposes.
