Team Overview

The **Estate Management division** is responsible for making financial and legal decisions for individuals who cannot do so independently or with support. This division delivers high-quality financial management services through a customer-centered approach, organized into several teams:

  • Customer Foundation: Responsible for onboarding new clients with financial management orders.
  • Customer Independence and Support: Works closely with clients to enhance their financial management capabilities.
  • Private Management: Provides oversight for privately appointed financial managers.
  • Proactive Customer Management: Engages with clients and their support networks for complex estates.
Role Responsibilities

As a **Client Service Officer** in Estate Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategies and making substitute decisions for managing client finances.
  • Engaging with clients to assess their financial needs and aspirations.
  • Completing third-party payments on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborating with other divisions and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, vulnerable populations, or the elderly.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
  • Strong collaboration skills to foster productive working relationships.
Essential Qualifications
  • Understanding of **NSW Trustee and Guardian's** services and experience working with individuals with disabilities or vulnerable populations.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
