About the Role:

The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading new business initiatives, developing relationships with potential B2B customers, and managing sales growth for a market leading, family-owned business in the pool heater industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and market share growth
  • Identify, analyse, and evaluate potential new business opportunities
  • Enhance brand awareness and recognition
  • Establish relationships with key customers and suppliers
  • Analyse the competitiveness of products, pricing, and overall market trends
  • Travel to meet and develop relationships with new customers as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales through new business
  • Proven history of achieving sales growth through supporting & maintaining relationships with existing clientele
  • Highly effective communication and time management skills
  • Experience in the Pool Heater industry or related pool products will be highly regarded
  • Technical background will also be looked upon favourably
