About this role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing key learning initiatives across the organization.

  • Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives;
  • Ensure learning solutions meet organizational standards and capability frameworks;
  • Create engaging learning experiences and initiatives;
  • Support talent development programs for graduates and early career professionals;
  • Manage end-to-end capability development projects;

About You

  • Proven experience in L&D with expertise in contemporary talent development strategy and practice;
  • A track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs;
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills;
  • Demonstrated strength in consulting, coaching, and project management;
  • Experience in managing change and implementing organizational initiatives;

To succeed in this role, you must be an Australian citizen with eligibility to obtain a Baseline Security clearance through the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency.
