Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams to design solutions that support business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to leverage data to generate insights for a senior audience, and excellent communication skills. They will also have experience in talent management, succession planning, and organisation design.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement workforce strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and coach a small team to deliver annual talent, performance, and promotion activities.
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business results.
  • Leverage data to draw out insights that support leaders in making data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, psychology, business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to generate insights for a senior audience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team and stakeholders, building strong relationships across People and Culture and with the business.
  • Global mindset and ability to make a positive impact across different regions and cultures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, present to senior audiences, and convey strategic concepts.
  • Highly adaptable and experienced in working in a changing organisational context.
  • Forward-thinking, innovative, and generative AI fluency.
