Overview:

As a highly skilled and organized professional, you will play a vital support role in helping the Lead Pastor achieve their ministry goals. This position requires exceptional time management, administrative skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Lead Pastor, including managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks that enable the Lead Pastor to focus on core ministry priorities.
  • Support the Lead Pastor's workflow by capturing insights from meetings, sermons, and correspondence, and maintaining up-to-date ministry resources and systems.
  • Assist with essential administrative tasks for key staff members and provide occasional support to Assistant Ministers during peak ministry seasons or major events.
