About the Role:As an Executive Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing the Country Manager's calendar, meetings, and travel. You will also act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations, and organising and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
You will maintain records and manage confidential information, assist with research, strategic projects, and internal/external communications, and contribute to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Country Manager's calendar, meetings, and travel
- Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Organise and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain records and manage confidential information
- Assist with research, strategic projects, and internal/external communications
To thrive in this role, you will bring experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, outstanding organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of discretion and professionalism, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, or a related field are preferred.
