Civil Construction Supervisor Role

Our team is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure successful project delivery. This role involves hands-on management of machine operation and coordination with the project management team to meet service targets.

About the Job

This position requires a strong background in civil construction, including experience in delivering projects such as carparks, paving prep, roads, footpaths, earthworks, storm water, and creek works. Proficiency in skidsteer, excavator, loader operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own crew of operators/construction workers
  • Oversee Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Quality Assurance (QA) requirements on site

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of civil construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. You must have the ability to interpret construction drawings and setout survey levels, including calculating grades.

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required for this position.
