Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will work closely with our Executive Housekeeper and other members of the housekeeping team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms for arrival, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms and public areas as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
