Housekeeping Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Darlington Beach Resort.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and customer service.

  • Maintain the high standard of cleanliness throughout our cabins, villas, and resort facilities.
  • Perform tasks such as making beds, changing linen, cleaning bathrooms and mirrors, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
  • Dispose of rubbish and ensure all areas are neat and fresh.
  • Complete checklists, perform mid-stay cleans, and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
Requirements
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
