Stockroom Associate (40hr) - JD Sports - Waterfall

North West, South Africa

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback to management regarding stock issues and movements
  • Drive the ultimate customer experience
  • Ensure sales targets are met
  • Manage the receiving and dispatching of stock
  • Process stock within specified time frames
  • Facilitate efficient rotation of stock from the stockroom to the sales floor
  • Ensure neatness and housekeeping standards are maintained
  • Manage shrinkage in line with company standards

Qualifications:

  • A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
  • 2 years stockroom experience (Advantageous)
  • Hospitality background (Advantageous)

Skills:

  • Customer-centric attitude and approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to direct the stockroom team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
