With us, you'll discover a career you didn't know existed.We are now seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager to join our established Housekeeping team.As Australia's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences, and event spaces.

As a leader in our busy Housekeeping team, you will assist the Executive Housekeeper in the smooth running of the hotel.Your responsibilities will include daily duty allocations, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, supporting operational needs, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and productivity.
Developing your team to create a positive, engaging, and productive work environment is critical, including building, motivating, and upskilling team members to ensure high engagement and results.Responsibilities Include:Previous experience as Housekeeping Assistant Manager in a hotel environment is highly desiredExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work efficiently and professionally under pressureEfficiency in multitasking and prioritising tasksStrong eye for detail; ability to follow procedures and uphold cleanliness standardsFull working rights with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidaysOur family is always growing.
