This role will focus on Australia and subsequently roll out across other markets in Asia and Africa. The ideal candidate will drive fleet uptime and issue resolution processes, develop strategic uptime initiatives, and lead implementation and rollout of approved solutions.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in fleet management, commercial vehicle service operations, or a related field with a strong focus on vehicle uptime, maintenance, and issue resolution.
They will demonstrate expertise in vehicle downtime prevention processes, industry best practices, and relevant business models, and have a track record of developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
A strong problem-solver with excellent analytical skills and the ability to monitor fleet uptime metrics, identify root causes of issues, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions will also be essential.
- Drive Fleet Uptime & Issue Resolution:
Monitor critical fleet uptime metrics and lead the dedicated issue resolution team to ensure fleet challenges are addressed swiftly and efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime for our customers.
- Develop Strategic Uptime Initiatives:
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer pain points, internal capabilities, and competitive landscapes to identify key threats and opportunities and develop a robust fleet uptime strategy.
- Lead Implementation & Rollout:
Develop comprehensive implementation plans for approved uptime solutions, including identifying and managing pilot programs, defining success metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
