Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Uptime Manager to lead our commercial vehicle fleet operations across international markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our fleets by monitoring uptime metrics, spearheading issue resolution processes, and developing comprehensive strategies.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can build fit-for-purpose processes and solutions to reduce downtime for our customers. You will partner closely with our service network teams to define effective processes and empower them to deliver exceptional customer service.

As an expert in fleet management and commercial vehicle service operations, you will identify and lead the implementation of key initiatives to enhance fleet uptime and contribute to our customers' productivity and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor critical fleet uptime metrics and lead the dedicated issue resolution team.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to improve fleet uptime and reduce downtime.
  • Partner with service network teams to define effective processes and empower them to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in fleet management, commercial vehicle service operations, or a related field with a strong focus on vehicle uptime, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
