About the Role

We are dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and productivity by making commercial fleet operations seamless and hassle-free. We achieve this through a comprehensive ecosystem of integrated solutions designed for today and tomorrow's challenges.

We seek a strategic leader to drive the Uptime Pillar of our ecosystem across international markets, with an initial focus on Australia and subsequent rollout in Asia and Africa.

You will ensure the smooth operation of our commercial vehicle fleets by monitoring uptime, spearheading issue resolution processes, and developing comprehensive strategies. A key aspect of your role will be to build fit-for-purpose processes and solutions specifically designed to reduce time spent off-road for our fleet customers.

This role reports directly to the Commercial Business Director, partnering heavily with FCSD and Fleet Sales teams to define effective, solution-oriented processes that empower our service network.

Your expertise will be vital in identifying and leading initiatives to significantly enhance fleet uptime, contributing to customer productivity and our continued success.

This role is based on a hybrid arrangement, requiring four days per week in our office located in Richmond.
