About the Role:
  • Job Overview: As a Graduate Engineer, you will support the delivery of key work packages across the NBN NSW N2P project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in site inspections and toolbox meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Support construction planning and scheduling to achieve project milestones.
  • Manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring accurate updates and reconciliations according to construction progress.
  • Coordinate traffic management and council approvals to facilitate project completion.
  • Track project variations and completion artefacts for future reference.
  • Engage in lessons learnt and innovation workshops to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Civil Engineering Degree or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 0–1 year of industry experience.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Office and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills.
