Job Title: We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Technician to join our team. This role involves the service and support of photocopiers and associated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, program and set up photocopiers and printers onsite.
  • Provide technical support to customers onsite.
  • Diagnose and repair photocopiers and other office equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Train clients on how to use photocopiers and other office equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Photocopier Technician or similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of other office equipment.
  • Proficient in computer networks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A valid driver's licence is required.
Physical Requirements
  • The ability to lift and carry under health and safety management.
  • The ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to work in various environments and complete site compliance when required.
