The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects, with experience in managing the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.

They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including authorities, consultants, engineers, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including financial management, programming, documentation, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with project stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with project objectives.
  • Work closely with head contractors to ensure successful project outcomes, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project tracking and reporting systems, monitoring progress against goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial construction project management, ideally with a mix of commercial and civil infrastructure experience.
  • Possession of an engineering or construction management degree, or relevant trade background.
  • Proven capacity to manage complex projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
