- Zenviron is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in the Newcastle region.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee the efficient implementation of project resources and structure
- Lead the balance of plant elements of large-scale BESS projects, managing program, budget, and resources
- Champion safety and environmental performance across the project
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors
- Foster effective communication with client field representativesEnsure timely, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience managing full lifecycle construction programs
- Site-based experience as a Site or Construction Manager in renewables or construction.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Civil and/or electrical knowledge (highly regarded).
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills.
- A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
